How You Can Help - Southern Israel Under Gaza Rocket Attack

Southern Israel under Rocket Attack

For four days, terrorists from Gaza have launched more than 200 rockets into southern Israel -- including the cities of Sderot, Ashod, Askelon and Be’er Sheva -- causing injuries and damage. School has been cancelled for the last two days.

You can help.

Support Green Horizons in conducting activities in bomb shelters for the youth of Ofakim and Be'er Sheva.

Support the Sderot Indoor Recreation Center which functions as a state-of-the-art bomb shelter for children of all ages.

“The indoor playground is a lifeline for us. It gives the children a chance to be normal and has changed the way this city behaves and feels. More than 75,000 kids have used it; it is the best thing that has happened to us.”
Sderot Mayor David Bouskila

Support Friends of Israel Firefighters, whose firefighters are hard at work putting out fires from the rocket attacks and responding to rocket-related car accidents.
“At this time of emergency in the South and in Israel, we,  the Ashkelon firefighters thank you for standing with us. For the past couple of days we have left our own families in order to protect the people of Israel. We will continue doing so as long as necessary to save and protect the citizens of Israel.”
Ashkelon Fire Chief Yigal Zohar
